The editions needed to be combined, not merged. I combined them, but this did not require a Superlibrarian.

Next time, please post requests for combining books in the Book & Author Page Issues folder.

It's already combined, and I added the cover to the ebook/kindle edition.

No, we keep discussions for archival and training purposes.
