[COMPLETE] ISBN Issues/Merge Needed: Fluids

There’s an odd ISBN/edition issue with a few editions of the horror novel Fluids by May Leitz.

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6... – This edition has its ISBN-10 listed as 9781667837. This is not a valid ISBN-10 number. It doesn’t correspond to any existing ISBN-13 as all valid, existing ISBN-10s do, and because it’s invalid, it should not have been assigned to this edition.

However, there is another edition of the book with an ISBN-13 that begins with 9781667837 (Fluids: An Extreme Horror Novel, ISBN 9781667837369). I believe that this edition’s ISBN-13 (or the first ten digits of it, anyways) was mistakenly put in the ISBN-10 field for an edition that previously had no ISBNs listed. As a result, I believe that the above edition with the invalid ISBN needs to be merged with the first edition paperback, which has the same cover: Fluids (1st Edition): An Extreme Horror Novel (ISBN 9798353869887).

I’m unsure if this action is able to be carried out while the invalid ISBN is in place. If it is not, please let me know and I’ll write up a letter to Goodreads support in order to remove the ISBN, then bump this thread once support has removed it so that the merge can be done.
