So - I've finished my proofreading for The Land of the Living and the Dead AND the structural edits for Dreams of Sorrow...

Which means I can officially read again! I'm so excited!!

What is everyone else reading this month?

Ethan Loughrey | 6 comments Out There Screaming; a Black horror anthology (edited by Jordan Peele). I'm only a few stories in, they're good but not great yet. Also just finished David Mitchell's Unruly on Audible - it was absolutely amazing. Out of curiosity, do you've the same interest in English history as our own? Some of the monarch stories are amazingly nuts

I haven't read that book by David Mitchell yet - though have really enjoyed some of his other work.

And yes, I've read loads of history books about the British monarchy - and yes, some really crazy stories there!! Which stories/eras do you like best?

Natasha (natashatsak) | 11 comments I'm reading Murder at Spindle Manor by Morgan Stang but I just started it so all I can say is it's got good ambience.
I'm also listening to Orconomics by J. Zachary Pike. It's fun! King of the Wylds vibe.

Some amazing reads here! I loved The Blacktongue Thief!! I'm hearing a lot about The Silverblood Promise right now. Hopefully that is good too!

Have you read her series - 13 or 14 books in it I think

Stephen Richter (stephenofskytrain) | 23 comments No. This is my first. I have had Daughter of the Empire on my TBR list for decades now, which is really bad of me.

Keith | 18 comments Reading Echo of Worlds, love M R Carey always engaging characters in interesting premises. Also re reading Dance of Dragons and fingers crossed the Winds of Winter release date is due to be announced once House of the Dragon S2 finishes
