Removal of Out of Print books

I have several books that are no longer in print that I would like removed from my page. Please remove the following on C,D, Gerard's page:

Chasing Romeo and Juliet
The Girl Who Stole The Hutchinson Letters
The Spy From Across the Sea
Romancing Jemima

We do not remove out of print books. Site users can shelve and rate books from their collection irrespective of current print status.
