Several series' within a larger universe?

Hello. I have one large Universe: The Remaining Universe that I have written two series'. However, I have several standalones that take place in the same "Remaining universe" but are not considered part of each of those series. For instance: The Remaining Series and Lee Harden Series each have 6 novels, but I have since written 3 standalone novels (The Valley, Sanctuary, Abe) that fall in different places within that universe.

What is the best way to categorize these books on Goodreads? I will be writing several more and need to have a plan. Thanks in advance.

We can bring all these books together in a secondary series. Just let us know the titles and order. Also, giving us the links to each book would be very helpful. Here is an example:
