I feel like Uprooted or Spinning Silver by Naomi Novik is a pretty good example of fantasy with enemies to lovers; I'm not sure about the possessiveness, though. Or the Simon Snow series by Rainbow Rowell. Or perhaps the Cruel Prince series....
