i really really liked this book. this one along with "the way i used to be" duology is constantly on my mind. i will say it is good to get invested in the ending at the beginning (idk how to explain that so it makes sense but like, be anticipating the end the entire time) because then the ending is soooooo much better.

normally i do not think about the ending of the book when im starting at the beginning because im thinking of the current events but this one rlly requires you to do so. especially with the little prologue-esque piece at the start, it definitely got me hooked.

i would totally recommend this book. i went on a streak of five star ratings a couple weeks ago and this one DEFINITELY made the list
