Two authors wrote this book. Each author has their own character in the story. The first author wrote chapter 1, where the other author's character gets in trouble. The second author writes chapter 2, where he gets his character out of trouble, then writes a scenario that gets the other author's character in trouble. They take turns writing chapters getting their own character out of trouble and the other's character in trouble.

The book is hilarious, as each author creates insurmountable obstacles for the other's character.

Each character owns a store - but the name of the store has nothing to do with what they sell. For example, one of the stores sells wine, but its name makes you think of a pet shop.

One of the characters ends up with their car stalled on a bride. One of the characters gets kidnapped and then ends up on a ship.

I think this book was written before 2005. I think it was also released as an audiobook.
