-have a skincare routine, and try out some lighter makeup and see if you're into it
(like concealer, mascara)
-also I recommend using lip oils, or lip balms that have a bit of colour or just shiny: it'll look like you have a bit of makeup on, but it's still good for u
-if you have a style then look up for some tips on pinterest for outfits and you can figure out if you like you're closet in the first place

It helps your skin, Helps you digest your food better, and helps you build a stranger's immune system.
I often drink it when I can because I like lime. It also helps me maintain a good weight, and my skin looks nice. I'm human, and I still get pimples, but it's OK because of lime water, lol.
Also, if you are sick, it helps you recover from a cold. Two days ago, I was catching a cold, drank my lime water, reset, and was better the next day! And I have a crappy immune system.
And TMI, but helps maintain a healthy PH balance.

eat good food, get the proper nutrients u need, and drink water. but don't forget to have cheat days and fun snacks for urself as a treat because it's hard work trying to elevate urself. hydration is especially important because it has a variety of benefits, and is very good for the skin!!!!
perhaps take up journaling if that's something that interests u. when u let out pent up emotions, u build trust in urself, and trust inherently builds confidence, which shifts ur whole energy. transforming ur energy is a whole different sort of glow up that can't even rly be explained, but it's good for the soul.
on a similar note, be kind to urself! give urself grace! it's important to know the difference between being kind to urself vs. coddling urself vs. needlessly beating urself up (which is way too normalized these days). it's a lot of mental work and redirecting ur thoughts, but u won't be motivated to take the steps to glow up if u don't have faith in urself.
a lot of people try to change things externally whilst ignoring what's going on inside. start there. what does ur heart want? what do u feel called to do? sit and figure that out, take care of urself physically/mentally, and the rest will fall into place over time. and remember: rome wasn't built in a day. glow ups take time.
some days everything will feel like a chore, and other days it'll seem easy. most days u will get done what u need to get done and keep it pushing. the important thing is that u be consistent and show up for urself. u got this! u don't see ur own progress until it smacks u in the face on a random morning. don't give up.
