"Uh... I'm still going to think about it." She said softly. She started to crawl back into the bed to cover herself with a blanket.

She watched and starts to feel bad. 'I don't want to be untouchable though...' She thought to herself. She looked at Judd. "Judd..."
"Why did you think I would deny the offer?" She asked him softly.
"I don't hate the idea of you." She sat up quickly. "I just don't want to be as... You know... Emotionless as you are..." She said trying to say the right thing.
"No. I don't hate you. I care about you too. I won't admit to something I'm lying to myself about." She said starting to get up.
"I do like you!" Her shoulders slummed. "All those times a showed it... All those times I cared about you... I meant it, but to you... I was just a smiling clueless girl." She quickly got up and walked out.
She shook her head quickly, but regardlessly walked past her and out to the garden. She honestly didn't want to cry in front of anyone. 'I thought he knew I cared about him...' She thought to herself. 'All this time though. He probably thought I was a pest or something even though I wanted to make him happy so he wouldn't be depressed about his family.' She let out a breath as she sat down in front in a pond.
She was quiet as she watched the pond. She closed her eyes tightly when she thought about Judd. 'I don't hate him, I care about him, I just don't want to be like he was when I first met him.' She thought and she dipped her hand in the water.
After a while she finally gets up and walks back in. It was getting cold out there anyways. She stared down at her feet as she walked.
She was about to walk into her room when she saw Judd hugging Tatsu and quickly hid.
'What is he talking about?' She thought and slowly walked out. She watched Judd for a moment before looking at Tatsu.
She stared at his mouth then looks at Tatsu. "What's going on?" She said staring at Tatsu.
"But I honestly don't want to." She said softly. 'She is giving me bad vibes.' She thought to herself. "Judd, I thought we were just here for business."
She gripped her hands. "Okay! What are you two trying to do?! Why do you want to train me so bad?"
"I know I'm being hunted now. I don't think I need training for it though." She said.
"I know now that they killed my father, but my planned worked. I drew them out and now I just need to get the guy who killed my father. I don't need all that training and everything." She said with a shrug.
She stared at him. "You know... You knew my father's killer and you didn't even say anything!" She yelled angrily. She looked over at Tatsu. "I don't need your training though."
"That's what I'm trying to avoid." She said shaking her head and gripping her hands.
"Emotions can't consume anyone honestly." She grabbed Tatsu hard. "Stop trying to make me believe emotions are bad." She said narrowing her eyes.
She wasn't expecting that. She let out a grunt once her back hit the floor. She quickly got up and went to punch her.
Kara quickly gets up off the floor and looks around. She runs to the chair and kicks it into Tatsu. "Shut up! I do have priories set!" She yelled.
She closed her eyes. 'I honestly didn't want to break a good piece of furniture.' She thought to herself. She grabbed the handle to the chair and swiped it in front of her.
She quickly pulled her hand back and staggered back a bit. She got out her knife and threw it at her.
She looked at the knife. "You know what... You can train me. Whatever I say you won't listen to me anyways." She walked to her knife and picked it up. She looked over at Judd then quickly walked away.
She cleaned her knife again and put it back into her boot. She closed her eyes and willed herself not to overreact. She started to pace around a bit.
Kara hugged her knees to her chest and had her head buried between it. She didn't want to do the training, but in the end, she didn't have a choice. 'Is that the reason we came here in the first place?' She thought. 'He could be lying.' She closed her eyes.
She stayed there for a few moments before she slowly stood up and before she could stop herself, she hugged him.
She let out a breath. "It's okay I guess." She still held onto him. "What did you mean before when you were talking to Tatsu... Before I came in." She said softly.
"Our crew? No way. They can't be killed..." She said softly even though she remembered how Judd looked like. "No..."
She frowned and looked down. "You could of told me that. I'm sorry about their deaths too." She said hugging him tighter and putting her head on his chest.
She loosed the hug a little more, but then quickly hugged him tighter. "Of course...." She closed her eyes. "Well, maybe I should tell you... Mike is actually... My older brother." She said struggling with each word.
"At first, I didn't know, but maybe because HIVE didn't like my father or my father didn't want him to join. He was going to kill me too, but he never found me and left." She said softly.
She sighed and shook her head slightly, but didn't say anything. She sat down on the couch. "Hey, do you love Tatsu?" She asked quietly.
"It seems like it." She said crossing her legs. "It really seems like it."
"Can you tell me that history? It would make me feel better." She said leaning back on the couch.
"Oh. So, Judd was basically the lost puppy you neutered back to health?" She said looked at Tatsu.
"So you two were a couple, but didn't like it? Why don't you two try again?" She asked crossing her arms.
She looks at Judd. "Oh. Okay I guess." She said rubbing her neck. "Can I ask why though?@
"Oh. I understand now. Uh, I'm going to go back to my room." She got up and quickly walked back. She laid down on the bed and sighed. 'Poor Tatsu.' She thought.
She couldn't sleep mostly dreading training. 'I'll probably be killed.' She thought to herself. Also she thought about Judd's love life. 'So much for me having a chance.' She thought to herself.
Soon she forced herself to sleep with herself tucked into the covers and dreading the morning.
Kara woke up slowly the next morning and then walked to the couch to see Judd.
Kara walked up to Judd and watched him sleep for a bit before stepping away and grabbing a pillow. She quickly threw it at his head and hid.
"Yeah, but I didn't want to do it and you punch me when you wake you." She said walking back. "Good morning."
"But I like waking you up. It's the highlight of my day." She walks to him and ruffs his hair. She smiles and laughs.
She laughs some more before grinning slightly. "Okay." She backs up and heads to the kitchen.
She froze and quickly backed up. She was not ready to see Tatsu yet.
She sighs. She gave her a small nod. "Sorry. Just a little on edge."
She shook her head. "It's okay." She said softly. "How is your hand? I remember my knife cut it."
She nodded. "Oh. Yeah, you have that water. Good thing." She gave her a small smile before walking in to get something to eat.
