Linde | 6549 comments Dear librarians and moderators,

Would it be an idea to do the same for the folder "Author & Book Page Issues" as what has been done for "Add new book / edition"?

Which means that a new folder is created that's called: "[Closed] Author & Book pages updated". Where the same rules apply as for the folder "[Closed] Books/Editions added", but then for those issues/topics.

Why? There are also so many topics within the folder about author and book page issues, that I can only imagine how hard it is be able to see which still need attention and which requests are done.

Would this help?

Greetings, Linde

PS. Is there a way I can help?

Renske | 12231 comments There have been suggestions made for an archive function for all requests. That seems to me to more logic option than creating something for just one other folder.

Linde | 6549 comments I like that even more =D ! Just some way to make it easier to see which are 'closed' and which are open to be picked up. That probably saves librarians a lot of time too. There already is a folder with the name "Archived", but it isn't used much. Would it be possible to really start using it?
I've changed the title of this topic to that.

Olga Silvertongue (olgasilvertongue) | 6744 comments You (and everyone) can move your completed requests to the Archive/Closed folder. No difference for now, there should be one Archive folder. We are waiting for a technical solution when librarians will be able to move completed requests there.
