Okay, so when I give two people to go against, you choose who would win, and then you name two you would want to go against each other, and then it keeps going.

Finnick vs. Gale

Finnick. Gale is a great hunter, but I doubt he has much experience with fighting.

Cato vs. Finnick

Finnick. I mean, he won the Hunger Games twice, and Cato never won in the first place.

Prim vs. Posy

Prim. She's smarter than she looks.

Rue vs. Foxface

Foxface. She was actually pretty good in the hunger games and she was intelligent too, the only reason she died was because she accidentally ate nightlock.

Seneca Crane vs. Gale

Gale.
Seneca did a lot in the capitol, and he wasn't trained to be able to run, hunt, or fight as well. While he may have been intelligent I think gale would still win.

Katniss vs. Johanna

Personally I think Johanna would win. She has more experience, and Katniss can be a little too independent, so she has no one to protect her.

President Snow vs. Cato

well both are a little cray cray BUT wiress is super smart, so she's my choice. BTW how did Annie survive her Hunger Games?
Cinna vs Effie

Cinna, I feel like he'd know how to fight at least and I doubt Effie would have a clue.
And I believe Annie survived her Games because the Capital flooded the arena and she was the only one who knew how to swim.

Clove vs. Johanna

Johanna. She's a lot older and she has a lot more experience. Also she has a lot of strength compared to Clove

Katniss vs. Gale

Rue. She was smart and in my opinion could've won the games if she hadn't become Katniss's ally.

Haymitch, he seems stronger and more athletic. Coin's more of a strategy and have other people do it kind of person.
