We finally learn the details about how Victor died. Was it how you imagined? How surprised were you to find that Lucas played a significant role?

I expected Mckenna to have her revenge by killing Victor, but from a distance with say a pistol, not hands on with a knife.

Yes I was surprised by Lucas back-chatting Victor, I felt McKenna's apprehension about him goading Victor. Lucas didn't act like the normal kidnapped for ransom victim, which immediately made his character more intriguing.

I agree, I thought it would have been more dispassionate because a knife is really personal.

Lucas was the real surprise because no mention was ever made of his role in the takedown. McKenna never told anyone. As soon as I finished the prologue, I knew Lucas was something...more.
