Interview tips??

So I have an interview for leadership for guard today and I am shivering in my timbers. Does anyone have tips or recommendations for it??

So the questions are all like 'what would you bring as a leader' 'what do you feel that needs to improve in your section and in our marching band' 'how was your attitude and attendance within the last marching season'

I have all of my answers and wrote them down to try and be professional as a 15 year can be but I just don't wanna look like a fool compared to everyone else

I don't think you will look like a fool, just be confident in yourself when answering these questions. You know what they are going to ask you so you are already prepared.

Make sure to ask a question or two, interviewers like when you ask a question, it shows that you are interested and care. I was never apart of marching band, so I'm not entirely sure what you could ask but if they ask you, "Do you have any questions?" be prepared for that one
