This book https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... has the same ISBN (9780635012913) as Some People Need Killing (Signed Edition) by Patricia Evangelista. https://www.fullybookedonline.com/boo... If possible, I'd like Evangelista's book to be added with a note about the duplicate ISBN. Thanks.

"As of June 20th 2022, Goodreads will restrict changing or removing the content of the ISBN and ASIN fields once they have been populated for a given book record. Librarians will no longer be able to edit the ISBN or ASIN once present."Please get in touch with GR Support using the Contact Us-form

Done... does it mean I can add the book myself and then just add a note that the ISBN is the same as another book? (like the example in the manual)
No, @John Paul.You cannot re-use an ISBN-number that is already in use for another book. When you try to add the book, it will generate an error-message that the ISBN-number already exists and that the new book record can't be saved.
You will have to contact Support in order to fix this.

In the other case of duplicate ISBNs, it may be that an ISBN was reused on a completely different book. This shouldn't happen because ISBNs are supposed to be unique, but exceptions have been found. If that is the case, Superlibrarians have access to the Add a Duplicate ISBN Edition tool, which should be used on the book page of the existing book which shared the ISBN or ASIN. Superlibrarian assistance can be requested by posting in this special folder in the Goodreads Librarians Group.
Hi Olga, thanks for that, that was the one that I read before, that's why I came here. But I got shot down, so I gave up
I removed the [Withdrawn] tag because it does say in the article that we need superlibrarians for this issue
