Stephanie’s lover decides to remove all evidence of his presence rather than first call the police. What did you surmise about him from this scene? Do you think if he’d called for help that Stephanie might have survived? Was what he did border on being criminal?

I figured he was married and more concerned with protecting his secret than doing the right thing. I don't know if Stephanie would have survived, but she would have had a better chance if he called for help.

Yes, it was criminal, especially after we found out who the witness was.

Agreed. I was very surprised that Stephanie was still alive. Did he not think to check for a pulse?
