The story begins with us as witnesses to the murder of Stephanie Bekker by Carlo Druze, order apparently by her husband. Things go terribly wrong when Druze murders her but not realizing she was not alone. When the man walks in, sees the scene and then flees, Druze makes a quick decision to flee rather than go after him. Did the split-second choice make the difference in Druze and Bekker getting away with the crime?

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I don't think so. The witness is a coward and didn't aid the investigation at all. The witness reveal is one of the most unexpected twists in the series so far.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1203 comments I was appalled when I realized who "Loverboy" was -- that he could have possibly taken down Druze and fled upstairs instead.
