Malika, the Kindle promotion isn't working correctly.

First of all a title search doesn't find your book, only beauty products. I had to use the ISBN 13 to search for the book.

When I tried to "buy" the kindle, I received an error message that I don't have a device capable of reading the book. I have several different types of devices- this is not the issue. I used the chat option and the customer service rep looked into the situation. She said that you need to contact Author Central or KDP directly.

Hi Julie, Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention. I know tinyurl sometimes redirects to promotional websites. Let me look into this. Some purchases seem to have gone through today..so I am hoping its not a problem for everyone..I have run this promotion in the past as well. Thank you again for letting me know.
