I’m an independent author who’s transitioning into the copyediting field.

I’m a native English speaker who possesses an intuitive understanding of proper sentence structure.

While I’m officially a novice at copyediting, my experience crafting nonfiction articles & books spans sixteen years.

During the creation of these books, the following skills figured largely: structural editing, copyediting, proofreading, formatting, & fact-checking.

I’ve been taking copyediting/proofreading & grammar courses in order to offer the best possible service to my clients.

The course material has been supplemented with articles on relevant topics, in addition to style guides, as part of my ongoing education.

Recently, I started volunteering as a proofreader at Project Gutenberg.

In March of this year, I launched a website to showcase my service.

Procedure & Pricing
I charge per project, so you’ll know exactly what the fee is before we begin.

To start the process, DM or email me with the following information on your written content:

▪ presumed level of editing (light, medium, deep)

I’ll respond with a preliminary quote. It’s preliminary because, in order to give you an exact quote, I’ll need to observe the text. Once that happens, I’ll tell you precisely how much it will be.

At no cost to you, I'll fix a small portion of your document, as a sample of my work quality.

AI grammar checkers are only used after I’ve manually line-edited your entire piece. For details on my editing method, please see my website.

The project will only be considered finished when you’re totally satisfied.

I accept cryptocurrency, Venmo, PayPal, ACH, & Stripe. Half is due after we form an agreement; the other half, when I finish the task.
