However, recently I would have to go with 365 days. I gave it one star.

I always thought that was "Withering Heights.

Definitely not the best. I don't know why I continued reading. I know i don't want to see the movie!

I always thought that was "Withering Heights."
Withering Heights-not one single likeable character in it

The haunting of hajji houtak. (merely written for white people to get some awards)

Of Mice and Men.
The Grapes of Wrath.
Paradise Lost.
I've never managed to make it past the first few pages of Gone With the Wind, although friends insist it's the best book ever.
Flowers in the Attic,
and all it's sequels. i finished the furst, tissed the rest.

― Intensity by Dean Koontz (wayyyyyyy tooo long and drawn out)
― A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara (SOOOOOOOO depressing and LONG)

- The Atlas Paradox by Olivie Blake (ugghhhhhh)
- Hauntings by Neil Oliver (creepily religious and overbearing - I want ghosts not Jesus)

Also Thirst Trap by Quin Hawthorne. First half was pretty good but the second half, PURE CHAOS. Lost plot and things just were NOT connecting. It felt very rushed and not thought out. So much detail was left to the wind. While I can come up with my own theories to make said connections it leaves much to be desires and had my brain doing circles.

War and Peace: One of the only books that I've finished that I truly despise with the intensity of a thousand burning suns. Picked it up because since I adore Anna Karenina, I thought I'd like this too. SO wrong. All this is is a soap opera with some war drama, and even that's boring and convoluted. The characters are pretty much all whiny and annoying, so I wasn't sure why I was supposed to care about any of them, and any philosophical points, etc. Tolstoy wanted to make, he was beating the reader over the head with (WHY DOES THIS BOOK REQUIRE A SECOND EPILOGUE ON "WHAT FORCE MOVES THE NATIONS?" WHO CARES?!). Anyway, that's two months of my life I'll never get back.
Heartless Hunter, by Kristen Ciccarelli: DNFed less than halfway through because this book might have the most toxic romance I've ever seen. One of those books where I can't understand why it's rated so highly on Goodreads. I like romantasy, at least some of the time, but this was just SO INCREDIBLY BAD.

Not trying to start anything but I'm curious what you didn't like about the Hunger Games? Or is it more of a general "just didn't feel the vibe" dislike

I dislike both for the same reason. Its all about these almost spoiled college like kids who worry more about themselves then anything else. Plus it annoys me cuz i read them with such high hope because they are so highly rated but I cannot understand the hype

I’m reading this at the moment. Mainly wondering just how bad it can get. I’ve read better written bus tickets.
