What inspired you to be a writer?

I was always journaling as a kid. Being an only child, I was very introverted and writing helped me figure out my feelings and make sense of the world. Reading has always been one of my favorite things for the very same reason!

Ok...what's the craziest thing you ever did?

The first thing that comes to mind, I really don't want to talk about, because it got me suspended from high school for two days. The second thing was maybe going to this rock concert with overly enthusiastic girlfriends who wanted to hang out with the band backstage, somehow we got backstage, but the minute I got uncomfortable with "where it was all going" I confessed to the band "I'm only 16" and they got pissed and kicked us out. I was relieved. My girlfriends were not happy.

What is it like living in Greece?? SO jealous by the way!

It's really physically beautiful, and even after being here for almost 11 years, it still takes my breath away and I pinch myself-- the blue green sea, the mountains, the food, the Mediterranean "live for today, enjoy life!" attitude. Then again, you're also never sure if the sky will fall the next day, but somehow it's a risk you're willing to take!
