Is it possible this happens with combining? When looking for import overrides (or overwrites) yesterday, I found a very strange instance of my ACE cross-reference description no longer appearing, but no apparent change in the log. I decided it probably happened during a combine operation.
#2 - I have done that of message them. I'm trying to reach those librarians that I have not yet seen their errors. It was just by chance, I caught the ones I have.

What you are speaking of, correct me if I'm wrong, is in the description field. I have had to re-separate and re-combine to shake the wrong description loose. I have not seen the splitting and combining effect other data areas, with exception of "original date" and "original title," which must be altered if different.

From the Librarian Manual

Official URL
Fan sites, libraries, Amazon book pages, WorldCat, Library of Congress, reviews, book sellers, Wiki pages or other such pages should NOT be listed.

When I first became a librarian. I made the mistake of setting the URL to the Library of Congress. This was before the term was added to the manual, yet still incorrect, even then. Since that time, I have either removed all LOC links or replaced them with the Author's official site.
-----------------------------------------------
Now I'm finding librarians and even Supers, "reverting" my corrections back to their mistakes. I have even seen them revert my author's URL to back to the incorrect Library of Congress URL.

When revering someone's edits, other than your own, please question yourself, why they changed their own edits or ask them in a message, if you're not clear.
