I book I Read a while ago, it's meant more for younger people, like 5th grade but I thought it was good, it called out of my mind and it's about a girl with photographic memory but she has cerebral palsy, so she can't talk or use her body very well. Might be interesting to check out but idk
Here are a few recs:1. Finding Balance by Kati Gardner
2. Where You See Yourself by Claire Forrest
3. It’s My Life by Stacey Ramey
4. Rules of Rain by Leah Scheier
Shadow of Hope by me (Molly Crowe) has a young girl with cerebral palsy in it. She's not an MC but she turns into a pretty big character throughout the series. I work at a preschool for kids with disabilities so I always include someone with disabilities in my stories.
Skyhunter, by Marie Lu! It's a YA dystopia and the main character uses sign language to communicate.
