I think above anything else it’s about having a deep and personal relationship with Jesus. Making sure it’s relationship with Him over religion about Him, if that makes sense. Also just trying to look more like Jesus everyday. Loving like Him, serving like Him. And making His name known in all you do.
Having your whole life committed to Jesus. Not just Sundays and Wednesdays, but every hour of every day.
Personally, it’s about having a good relationship with Jesus and keeping promises that I made a really long time ago. And it’s not just because I promised people I would be in heaven, it’s because I want to be there with them. I’m not even most excited about the heaven part it’s the fact that we can live in his presence on earth that gives me the most joy.
It means living my life knowing I am loved at all times, I have eternal peace, and someone who is always there to listen. He loved me enough to wash my mistakes away, so I dedicate my life to Him by spending time with Him and telling others all about out thr wonderful life they can experience!
To me it means trusting in Jesus and what he did to save us <3 And to live my life following him
I’ve been going to church since I was born, and all I really WANT in life is to have an amazing relationship with Jesus. Being a Christian means that you dedicate your life to Him, and some ways to do that are going to church every Sunday, taking communion, reading devotions/making your own devotions, reading Scripture, talking to others about Him, and just talking to Him. God loves hearing from you! Being a Christian means that you never, really, have to worry about anything. But we know that isn’t possible, as we are sinners and are not perfect. But we should always know that we never have to worry, because God is right there, sitting next to us. We always have someone to lean on. Being a Christian means that you get to spent eternity with the Almighty God! For that, we should be forever joyful. Being a Christian means that we have to follow Jesus’ ways. And it means that we not only have to listen to his word, we have to put it into practice and follow it. God is always there in your times of doubt, sorrow, sadness, and more. Don’t feel like you can’t do it because you can, but only through God. With God, anything is possible. You also can’t just say you’re a Christian and then automatically getting into heaven. You shouldn’t want to be a Christian just because of that. I mean sure, that’s one reason, but you should also want to have a relationship with Jesus, to know him better, so when you’re at the gates of Heaven, you can know that you made him proud, and to know that you have dedicated your life to Him,
I think being a Christian is loving God and committing your life to him. But not just saying you commit. Actions speak louder than words. You should CHANGE and it should be evident in what you do, say, like, dislike, etc.
Being a Christian simply means, being Christ-like. So living the way Jesus did, he is our example to live by. We won’t be perfect, but we should have that desire to live like Jesus and do what he said to do if we are real Christian’s. 🤍☺️

Having faith in God no matter what, and trusting that he has a plan. It also means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ and to bring the word of God (the Bible) to others.

Being a Christian is being born-again through faith. You have confessed your sins and accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. You dedicate your life to Him in everything you do, say, and think. You honor him with your actions and your words. To be a Christian is to have an intimate relationship with Jesus and to share the gospel with everyone you meet. Being a Christian is to love Him more than anything in the world, even your family.
I think being a Christian is having a personal relationship with God. Walking with him, dressing in a way the honors him, speaking in a way that honors him, even reading books that honor him. Having a true change inside and out. Surrendering to Him to do His divine will. God knows what’s best for you, don’t try to make it on your own. A lot of people are saved but not a lot of people are surrendered. God needs a surrendered heart ❤️
Including what we listen to. We shouldn’t identify with the world.
I believe it means building a relationship with God and learning to stand firmly in His word. While it will always be hard, I know God has my back.
It means having Him always on your back. It means having a friendship with Him. It means surrendering your will to His will. It means being humble. It means including Him in our day-to-day lives. It means leaving everything in the world behind and looking toward Him. It means giving up that thing that leads you farther away from Him. It means hard times, but good ones too. It means wanting to be more like Him. It means forgiving the inexcusable in others because He forgave the inexcusable in us. It means loving others even when it's hard. It means being different from others. It means having all that you ever need. It means telling as many people as possible about Him. There are not enough words to describe everything God does for us and what it means to follow Him. Maybe this poem I wrote a while ago might mostly sum it up:Serving God

It comes with trials
It come with tribulations
Even maybe with rivals
Even with frustrations
There will always be those people

Okayyyyy...Let's think about it this way: If I were in a room with you right now and took a pen out of my bag and showed it to you, would you BELIEVE that the pen exists? It's not a trick question, I'm holding it in my hand and it's a real, physical, observable thing. But what if I asked you if it's a GOOD pen? Like a pen that actually works and writes like it's supposed to? Is it smooth? Does it run out of ink? You wouldn't be able to tell, necessarily, without using it and writing with it and testing it.
That's sort of what following God is like for me. Faith has never been a question of whether He is real, it's a question of whether I truly believe in my heart (not just know with my mind) that He's good, powerful, sovereign, faithful, or trustworthy. Life is about pursuing Him and letting him show you that he IS a "good pen."

Being forgiven with the ability to learn to do better. Being able to meet the one (Jesus) that made that possible. Having a relationship With Jesus and his Kingdom the ones that never gave up on me knew that I was meant for so much more and that I'm not a bad person just uneducated in need of a teacher to teach me from the inside out.
