Andrew | 970 comments I've just seen on a blog that the fourth Lisabeth Salander book is out on 27th August. I think I will try it as I really enjoyed the character, any thoughts? I loved Anthony Horowitz's Sherlock Holmes sequel recently but there are a flood of others I've not tried, and I guess ' The wide Sargasso sea ' is the classic of this type. Any other recommendations?

Ellie M (elliemcc11) | 553 comments I asked the publishers for a review copy. They said "no chance" - this one is definitely being kept under wraps!

Em (emmap) | 2707 comments I liked the Sebastian Faulks James Bond but I wasn't a devoted fan of Ian Fleming so it wasn't as if those books were sacred to me in the first place, if you know what I mean. I really liked Wide Sargasso Sea too and I was a fan of Jane Eyre to begin with.

I've got Death Comes to Pemberley byP.D. James on my Kindle - I've read pretty mixed reviews which is why it's languishing unread, I haven't been inspired to pick it up yet. There are a lot of Jane Austin sequels and fan-lit but I've not been tempted to try it.

Andrew | 970 comments I quite enjoyed Death Comes to Pemberley and Longbourn by Jo Baker was an interesting take on it as well Em but then I as I'd read P&P for first time before then I had enough of the retelling idea. I'd like to give the Faulks a go. Good try Ellie.

Not for me. Loved the trilogy but let sleeping dogs lie.
