Rori | 121 comments choose a book that you know you'd like then set daily goals for yourself like read 50 pages a day or something that works for you once you get into the story you'll read more. at least that's what I do it works for me.

Bianca (biancadelafontaine) | 63 comments I dont know if I am the best personn to answer to your questions but as someone who has a trouble with attention so I get bored really easily I got tips
First if you have an Airup it could be helpful. You just have to do an "I read until my water runs out" and that couod be much more esier if you got scents.
Then to break the process of veing bored because always reading the same books you can try an completely different genre example if you are a romance girlie try a thriller
Then I would recommend to watch booktub videos because seeing someone being excited over a book can be contagious and make you excited as well
Hope it helped and hope that you are going to get out of your reading slump

Mars (marsreadss) | 8 comments maybe start with a book that has not that many pages and motivate yourself with tiktoks that promote the book or search on pinterest for the books aesthetic, that is what helps me most :)

Melissa | 1 comments hi everyone! new to the group! what's helped me get out of my reading slump is making a "reading playlist" with music that I enjoy listening to and just picking up a book and trying to get started! Currently in a bit of a reading slump too, but I sometimes hop around reading two books a time!

Natalia | 49 comments Maybe re-read a book that you loved and haven’t read in a long time. Ironically, Hoover got me out of a seven-year reading slump.

Tia⸆⸉ | 7 comments Read a super fast paced drama filled fun book. This has worked for me so many times 🥹✨

Lily (azaleas_bookshelf_17) | 32 comments Pick something up that you feel has a fast-paced plot that just hooks you right in. Preferably get a book under 300 pages, with short chapters. Usually, for me, dystopian books help me get out of the slump.
