Can't Create a Goodreads Giveaway

I would like to create a giveaway for The Thief of Time but it's not allowing me as it says I'm not the author even though I am. It's a collaborative novel so we tried to create our publisher's account and go about it that way, but that still doesn't work.

Can you help me with this?

I've checked that you are the first named author & that the format is correct. That's all we can help with.

But yesterday the site was really playing up for me - as a reader, group moderator & librarian. I had to give up.
