[COMPLETE] Placeholder Edition Merge

When the novel Absolution by Jeff VanderMeer was first announced, a blank placeholder page for the novel was created and a lot of people shelved it. Now the book's publication details have been confirmed and an official page for the book has been created, so the placeholder edition and the actual edition need to be merged.

I don't see a placeholder. Perhaps this was already done by someone else, or am I missing something?
