Can't add a cover image

I'm not sure if this is a system problem for tekkies to solve or an issue with a particular book.
I've just bought a Kindle edition of Gail Jones, Black Mirror, and I want to add a note to my as yet unwritten review, and I'd like to add a cover image as well. But every time I click on 'write a review' I get signed out. If I use my back button, I'm signed in again. It happens if I click on edit the description to add the cover image, I get signed out again.

I have problems with editing today as I seem to be signed-out on book pages, I have been accessing editing through 'show all editions', maybe that would provide a temporary work around for you also?

What I've been doing is editing the URL, so instead of /book/show/, I replace 'show' with 'edit' to access the edit page, like this: /book/edit/

I think the site is just having issues. I've been having lots of problems with pages loading, comments posting, etc.
