Minor update request for the Librarian Manual

I semi-regularly direct authors to the instructions for setting a default edition. Today, searching for the link, I ended up at this Librarian Manual page: https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/...

I'd love it if this article linked to the instruction page for authors, because it would make it easier for librarians to find when redirecting: https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/...

(While I'm at it..I'd still also love to see the ToC stickied at the top of the Librarian Manual page! It's now the seventh thing down in the list.)

Also, with quotes we have

Add the Quotes and any relevant tags. Tags should not include page numbers, author or character names.

This also goes for the body of the text. Tags also should not have the title of the book

The article about combining https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/... is also missing some details.
Under 'do combine' abridgements are missing. Under 'don't combine' split editions are missing, while there are quite few rules for split editions.
