The story of "Mercury" takes place in 1990 and is about Marley West, who finds herself in Mercury, Pennsylvania. She also finds herself in a world that involves the Joseph brothers. Marley finds herself married to one of the brothers and soon becomes the common sense and calmness the Johnson family needs while their roofing business is failing. Marley's world is about to change when a mysterious discovery in the church attic resurfaces past problems and future now complicated.
