Removing Hateful/Inciteful Comment

Hey, I know in general goodreads quotes are posted by members of goodreads, and so they are not monitored. However, it seems there should be some sort of criteria as to what is considered a hateful/inciteful quote which can be reported, and then removed. Is there a proper procedure for this?
The following quote, seems racist and hateful, and speaking in favor of genocide of a specific people. How do I get it removed?

Hi Nonie

I think I can remove this quote on the grounds that while Hitler made very similar remarks, he didn't actually say this, but I want to check a bit further.

The person who added this 'quote' hasn't been on the site since 2021. S/he also added some nonsense quotes which I can remove.

Just an FYI, it is the epigraph from The Complete Maus: A Survivor's Tale, the Pulitzer Prize winning graphic novel by Art Spiegelman.

I read through the other poster's thread twice & I couldn't find where it said that this quote came from Maus. & I tried my local library & they don't have a copy.

But I did find this on the National Library of Scotland website which says that Hitler did say it. (although they could mean that the character of Hitler said it in the book)

I believe if it was Hitler & he had been misquoted I could have removed that. Personally, as I said above, if the quote was by Spiegelman, it should remain with tags could provide some context, but I haven't read any of his books.
