Does anyone know how to get out of a group?

I didn't know that I would receive this much notifications and it's stressing me a little bit and I want to get out of the group but I don't know how to. You guys are supper cool but this isn't what I was expecting :')

same. I think maybe you have to do it via the website as I can't access anything through the app?!

I believe you can only leave groups on the website. Unfortunately the app is missing many features that the website has.

I'm afraid you can only quit the group on the goodreads website. But it's quite easy tho - you just click on group, edit membership, leave this group. Hope you figure it out, have a nice day :)

It can get crazy! Another option is to go to Account Settings and select the Emails tab. In that section, you can opt out of notifications. Good luck and happy reading!!

Not sure what kind of phone you have. But on the iPhone, when you click on the safari app, there on the top is shorter / taller AA. When you tap on both letter A’s scroll to request desktop website. It will take you to the website like you’re on a computer. I had to turn off my notifications because it was nonstop on my phone. I hope it helps.

Hej guys....you just click on the group and Edit membership. There you can find Leave the group. But only on website. Through app on the mobile you can not do it

just switch off notifications. click on more and pick groups

You could also just disallow notifications from the group, but you would have to do it on a computer. The app is seriously lacking in a lot of ways.

You have to use the website NOT the app.
Go to the group that you want to leave and you will see a heading "Edit Membership" click on that and you can leave from there.
Another alternative is to change your notifications for the group.
