Is there a way to access a better image there? All I can find is thumbnail.
Is the purple stripe part of the cover?

Yes the blue stripe is part of the cover.

This is the only one I can find that isn't from a bookseller site.

Other than taking a photo of my book but no way to upload it.

Your own photo would be better quality, you could upload it to your GR profile pictures and we take it from there.
