What's your favorite way to relax or destress?

I like to read, listen to music, play a game, journal, draw, make cute graphics for things, write, work on my many spreadsheets, or just chit chat with folks. 💜

lay in bed, under heavy blanket, inhale some herbs, with a book or switch with low lighting

A hot cacao with fairy lights and a good book or a good game. Weather not too hot so you can throw on a blanket<3

I relax in different ways depending on how I feel. Listening to calm music, birdwatching, reading, and playing certain games can be relaxing for me.

put on some music (either it's really calm or pure rage) and either read a book or play some Animal Crossing. Usually I have some tea nearby, too.

Depends, if I've got too much energy to burn, then it's loud angry music and some cardio exercises. If I'm tired and feel like escaping the world, then I binge-read.

animal crossing and stardew valley are so helpful when I want to relax!! especially fishing in both games haha. a nice cup of coffee/tea and some reading before bed always helps too!
