I just finished binging The Rookie in like a week and now I have a huge hangover. I've already seen Lucifer and Brooklyn99, and I dont know what else to watch. I was thinking of watching Criminal Minds, but I heard some episodes are scary and I get scared super quickly. Do you guys have any recs? Bonus points if they also have romance!

I haven’t watched this show in a few years, but I remember really enjoying the early seasons of Blue Bloods! Also NCIS is an OG fave of mine, both of my grandmas were obsessed so anytime I’d be visiting them or they’d be visiting me, NCIS would be on the screen 😂 ooh and of course ol reliable Law & Order SVU 👏🏻. I personally haven’t watched 9-1-1, but I’ve seen tons of clips on TikTok and it looks really good and I might start watching that one! Hope you find one you enjoy!
thank you so much! i binged b99 last year and it got me obsessed with cop shows! also, if criminal minds is slightly scary and i watch an episode before bed i will probably have nightmares so no thank you. i heard of blue bloods but the show aired in 1993 i think so i was kind of scared i wouldnt like it bc i usually watch more new shows. i also heard about NCIS but i looked it up and the N stands for naval, is it about crimes on boats? that part kind of confused me. and i really wanted to watch 911 but i heard it gets really intense sometimes, so idk about that
a friend recommended me watching Castle and i just saw the first three episodes and really liked them but i feel like there are a lot of similarities with Lucifer. dont get me wrong, i love chloe and lucifer, but it feels like a weird parallel universe of the duo (i know Castle aired before, its just how it makes me feel). but lucifer drama apart, im loving it, so im probably sticking to the show while i watch the last episodes of the rookie every week. but if you have more suggestions, please tell me, im always looking to broadening my already never ending list of shows to watch!!
