I lowkey loved it. It felt longer than it needed to be and the cliffhanger was HIGHLY unnecessary.
(the first book) I have mixed feelings. I didn't hate it, but I did hate the back and forth of "I like him/ I hate him". It was tiring after a while. Like girl, decide if you want to be with him or not...I also didn't like the lack of consent given near the beginning of their relationship.

I have mixed feelings about it. I have a difficult time accepting that a man who is working to save women and children from sex trafficking and abusive situations is going to force himself on a woman without her consent. I think it would’ve been better if he was one way or the other. Either he is a bad dude who takes her without consent or he’s a good dude helping woman and children AND doesn’t force himself on her.
