This request was entered almost a month ago and I have had no response. Please help!

You can claim your author profile by clicking on this link to access the application. Complete the information — including selecting your book from the list provided — and then submit the application. After the staff has completed their review, they will upgrade your current reader profile to an author account and send you an email confirmation. This might take a few business days, depending on staff workload, so please be patient.
Once your claim is processed, you will be able to make certain changes to your books, including combining different editions of the same book.
