Yes, you should start with the first one. It establishes the back story and things move in progression through the books.
ChelleI choose for you:
and for your Bonus/BOTM
(This is in my pile to read, even though I didn't list it as a choice.)

This was a fun read. I enjoyed it.

This book bored me. There's no conflict. It feels like it's two short stories cobbled together. I don't recommend it. There are better cowboy books out there.
Completion Post - Book 1
Book - The Upheaval
Author - Erica Stevens

Review - I've been reading the Post Apocalyptic genre for years now, and most of them are a dime a dozen. It's basically the same formula with nothing exciting going on. I was thoroughly surprised with this book and what happened to make the world post apocalyptic. There was quite a bit of fast paced action with many different things going on such as earthquakes, sinkholes, tsunamis, and my favorite volcanic lava. All of this happening in one area. I hope no one is a Patriot's fan because the stadium was taken out by the lava as did most of the town of Foxboro, Ma.
Thanks again for picking for me Jennifer!Close to Home Apr 11 ★★★★★
