Olga Silvertongue (olgasilvertongue) | 6744 comments There is a children's book "Pat the Bunny". This is a Touch&Feel type book for babies, an American classic from 1940. Video review on YouTube:

The problem is that different editions were scattered across different profiles. And the most popular version is actually not a book, but a puzzle, which is invalid. Except that all reviews and ratings are for the book: was shelved 31700 times, 23000 ratings, 400 reviews. Maybe it’s better to merge this with the original book, and not just make it invalid?
I combined all the editions into one group with the correct author, and added Librarian notes. There is also a book+toy edition, which I think is also invalid. Please help me what is the best thing to do in this case.

Also there is a Deluxe Edition. Another librarian created a new entry for the same edition printed in a different year. As far as I understand, this is wrong, this is the same edition.

And two duplicates by the same author:

David Raz (davidraz) | 13127 comments I deleted the puzzle because it is obviously not a book, but I suppose all the reviews were made of the book. I queued the merge, but it may take some time.
A book+toy edition is usually considered valid so there is nothing to do.
There was no reason to create an entry for an identical edition printed in a different year so I queued it.

The other duplicates were done.

Edit: and now the rest are done.
