Goodreads Author Program: specific question

Hi,
I've applied for the Goodreads Author Program twice, and my app was not successful. After the first response from GR, I found and corrected my mistake. I received a 2nd rejection today, and I'm not clear on what I'm doing wrong. I followed each tip and bullet point.

Could you please tell me where my error is? I've also reached out to my publisher to see if they can help. After reading all the help articles and the email that GR sent rejecting my app, I don't see my error.
