My book is on someone else’s author page by the same name

I just created a goodreads account, and my book “the soldier & the canary” is already linked to someone else’s profile who also has the name cat browne. I don’t know how to remove it from their account and add it to mine and create an author profile.

Did you follow the instructions? From the book page click on author name to access author page and link is at bottom of the page. The link is on author page, not on your personal profile page.

Are you on desktop site, maybe it doesn't work on the app?
