Hayde | 5 comments I find it helpful to set goals for myself and reward myself for reaching them. For example let’s say I’m reading a 500 page book and I want it finished in a week I’ll usually use a calculator to divide the time (days) by the pages so that’s around 71 pages a day it makes it kind of bite size and it gives u a goal to work towards. If I reach my goal for the day or go over it I’ll reward myself with idk a sweet treat or I do something non productive for a couple of hours without feeling guilty. I hope that made sense n that it helps a bit <3 good luck with ur books.

adriana | 11 comments i have a few tips. 1) set a timer and just do it and you'll prob end up doing the task for longer than the timer since you started it (that's personally the hardest part for me). 2) working out in general helps me to stop procrastinating (idk how that works but) 3) watching youtube videos relating to productivity/studying and/or studying along with those silent "study with me" vids
