hi! could anyone recommend me some ACTUAL enemies to lovers books? like they actually truly hate each other and dont just hate each other for the first 50 pages of the book and then fall in love instantly.
i dont really care about the genre or if the romance is just a sub-plot, im open to anything!

the cruel prince, but be warned that the romance is a subplot and the main plot is political fantasy. the romance is still very well written, and the love interest isn’t just a throwaway character. love cardan and jude <3

I recommend the serpent and the wings of night! It’s so good and with a strong FMC. It’s one of the best books I’ve ever read!
