Author program application rejected 3 times

Hi, i've applied 3 times to join the author program, but have been rejected each time. The rejection email gives no details as to why and is a 'no-reply' email, but i believe i have followed all of the guidelines and post-rejection tips - so am not sure what to do? Is it possible for someone who reviewed one of my applications to give me a steer as to what I'm doing wrong possibly?
