Applying to be a Goodreads Librarian - problem with the quiz

Hi all,

I've raised this directly with Goodreads support, am posting here as an FYI. I attempted the quiz yesterday for the first time, and came across two discrepancies between the answers and the Librarian's Manual, that I was using to answer the questions.

One question has one incorrect answer and multiple correct answers, and one option to select all as correct answers. The question was on setting the formats of books. According to the Librarian Manual, kindle editions with ISBN Numbers should be listed as Kindle editions. Answer B stated that Kindle editions with ISBN Numbers should be listed as e-books.

Another question, on the Add an Alternate Cover Edition functionality, actually had an answer that matched the Librarian Manual (only two particular types of users have the ability to use the functionality). This was marked as incorrect though.

I have screen shots and the links saved, and I attached them to my queries to customer service. I got a reply back on the first one, and my feedback has been submitted to the respective team.

I've had a similar experience and sent screenshots to customer support. There are also some questions that link to a manual page with no relevant information. I don't believe librarians can do anything about this, but from what I've read, it's not an isolated problem. Hopefully support will review the quiz and correlating manual sections to resolve any discrepancies.

There is no point bringing it up here. We can't even see the quiz, let alone do anything about it.
