I mean the main character of Rouge is bi but it doesn't feature heavily in the story. Boy Parts by Eliza Clark also has two bi mcs but the narrative relies heavily on their attraction to men.
Check out “Plain Bad Heroines” by Emily M. Danforth, bunch of woman lovers in that one

Helen House by Kayla Kumari Upadhyaya is a brilliant sapphic, gothic novella. there is blatant narrative description of sexual content though, if that bothers you. :)

Our wives under the sea by Julia Armfield was amazing! Also recently read We Used to Live Here by Marcus Kliewer and I loved it!
I'm surprised no-one has met the Locked Tomb series.
seconding Our Wives Under The Sea! also Feast While You Can doesn't come out until october, but I'm predicting it will be a must-read for sapphic horror.
