SOLVED. Adult Chick Lit book where the main character is a zoologist who is super shy. Pretty sure "Wild" is in the title of the book. [s]

I read a very light hilarious romance novel on a cruise (found from their library) March of 2023. It was chick lit book where the main character (I think her name was Katie?) was super shy zoologist. She meet a guy (I think he may have been a celebrity there to film a docuseries) but every time they talk she often will randomly spit out interesting but weird animal facts. I'm trying to find that book again, to see if the author has any other books I can get for a 30hr flight. I have a vague memories the title was "katie in the wild" or something like that but have had zero luck in finding it. Hoping to try my luck here!
