1st Warning: You get this when something minor happens. No real consquenece to your first warning.

2nd Warning: Less lenient, You'd most likely be removed for an hour to 5 depending of the severity of the warning/report. You have the choice to be able to return if you wish.

3rd Warning: 1 day removal. You have the choice to be able to return if you wish.

4th Warning: 7 day removal from the group. You have the choice to be able to return if you wish.

5th Warning: Ban. You obviously can't take the hint.

Warnings can be waved after 2-3 months of no reports/mod incidents.

Depending on the severity of your instance, you can skip warning levels. (ie: If you're making death threats, and aren't doing it in a joking matter (I'll know, trust.), and have no warnings, you'd skip to 4-5 depending on frequency.)
