Hi! I haven't read the book but I googled it, here's what I found-

"Rated: High. Profanity includes 35 uses of strong language, around 15 instances of moderate profanity, about 10 uses of mild language, and about 65 instances of the name of Deity in vain. About 6 uses of British (bl-) profanity. References to sex but not a lot of detail. Violence includes deaths, some description of the methods and aftermath, and blood. References to possible child abuse."
